Banana, Date & Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
2 bananas
4 medium-large strawberries
4 medjool date, pits removed
Optional - I scoop of coconut or raw protein powder

Method

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
