Blueberry and Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
¼ avocado
2 tbsp raw cashews
¼ cup Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
2 tbs vanilla protein powder (optional)

Method

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
