1 ½ cups (360ml) Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
½ cup (70g) raw, unsalted cashews, soaked
¼ cup (60ml) vodka
¼ cup (60ml) Kahlua
¼ cup (60ml)/1 shot espresso
2 cups (150g) ice cubes to serve
Throw the macadamia milk, cashews, vodka, Kahlua, and espresso into the blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Pour over ice cubes to serve.
